Do I pay online?

How does personalization work?
Add names, initials, dates, colors, and design notes on the product page. You can also attach a reference photo before checkout.
How long does an order take?
Timing depends on the piece and current queue. After you submit, we confirm details and a pickup window.
Can I request something custom that isn’t listed?
Yes. Use the Contact page to describe your idea, or choose a similar item in the shop and add notes. We’ll confirm details before you pick up.
