Orders are offers to buy

Placing an order on this site submits a request for handmade work. We may confirm, adjust, or decline an order (for example if a material is unavailable or a custom request isn’t feasible). A confirmed order is an agreement between you and Ana's Creations.

Handmade & custom work

• Colors, stitching, and sizing can vary slightly from photos or on-screen previews.
• Custom text, names, and logos are made from the details you provide — please double-check spelling before checkout.
• Preview / studio images are illustrative aids, not guarantees of final stitch-for-stitch appearance.

Pickup & timing

Fulfillment is Local pickup — timing confirmed after your order. Turnaround depends on the piece and current queue. We will confirm timing after your order. You are responsible for collecting the order as arranged.

Payment (Zelle)

We accept Zelle. Payment instructions are shared when your order is confirmed. This website does not process card payments or store bank credentials. Do not send payment until we confirm the total and Zelle details.

Cancellations & returns

Because many pieces are personalized, custom orders generally cannot be cancelled once work has started and are not returnable unless we made an error or the item arrives damaged from our handling. Contact us promptly if something is wrong and we will make it right when we can.

Intellectual property

Site content, photos, and product designs belong to Ana's Creations unless noted. Do not copy listings or photos for resale. If you submit a logo or artwork for embroidery, you represent that you have the right to use it.

Disclaimer

The site is provided as-is for ordering and information. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
