Who we are

Ana's Creations (“we”, “us”) is a small handmade embroidery and sewing shop operated by Ana Rios. This site is for browsing pieces, placing pickup orders, and contacting us. Payments are completed offline via Zelle — we do not process card payments on this website.

Information you provide

• Orders: name, email, phone (optional), pickup notes, cart contents, and any personalization details or reference images you upload.
• Contact form: name, email, and message content.
• Custom design tools: material selections and generated preview images tied to your order flow.

We use this information to fulfill orders, respond to messages, and keep records of your purchases. We do not sell personal information.

Browser storage (essential)

The shop keeps your cart and theme preference in your browser (localStorage). That storage stays on your device and is needed for the site to work. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Analytics (optional)

If you accept analytics, we use self-hosted Umami (served from stats.amora.dev) to understand traffic and improve the shop. With consent this may include page views, basic device/browser info, performance metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. Replays are configured with moderate masking; please avoid typing secrets into non-order fields. You can decline analytics and still use the shop.

Payments & third parties

Zelle payments are handled by your bank / Zelle — not by this website. Instagram links go to Meta’s platforms under their own policies. Email delivery (order confirmations / contact) may use our mail provider. We only share what is needed to run the shop.

How long we keep data

Order and message records are kept as long as needed for fulfillment, customer service, and ordinary business bookkeeping. Analytics data is retained on our Umami instance according to our retention settings. You can ask us to update or delete contact details where practical (we may retain order records required for business records).

Children

This shop is not directed at children under 13. Please do not submit personal information for a child through the site.

Changes

We may update this policy as the shop evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
